Located at the Grand Hotel Wyong is the beautifully styled 150 seat Grandioso Restaurant, the brainchild of chef's Russell Clarke and David Brunelli.

Grandioso (Grand in Italian) is offering Italian cuisine to the residents of the Central Coast which isn't a mass produced and watered down impersonation of Italian food.

We have the "wow" factor no matter how simple and recognisable the dishes are. Growing many of the herbs fresh in our own garden, Grandioso is quickly establishing itself as the Coast's restaurant benchmark.

With our dedication to hormone free meat we use Puresouth natural angus beef. Puresouth beef is more tender and succulent than traditional grain fed beef because hormones and antibiotics are never used. It’s the difference that makes Puresouth beef an unforgettable experience every time.
